Please read these terms carefully before using TradingEngine.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TradingEngine software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

TradingEngine is a desktop application that provides an interface between Large Language Models (LLMs) and cryptocurrency exchange APIs. The Software is a tool for executing trading strategies, not a strategy provider or investment advisor.

3. Not Financial Advice

TradingEngine does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. All trading decisions are made by you or your configured AI systems. You are solely responsible for:

  • Your trading strategy and configuration
  • Your API keys and account security
  • Your trading decisions and their outcomes
  • Compliance with applicable laws and exchange terms of service

4. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • AI systems can make errors and unexpected decisions
  • Technical failures may occur at any time
  • You may lose all funds in your trading account

You agree to use the Software at your own risk and accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes.

5. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software subject to these terms. The license is valid for one user on up to three devices. You may not:

  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after license activation. We strongly recommend using the simulation mode extensively before live trading.

7. Updates and Support

Your license includes updates as specified in your tier (Early Access, Pro, or Ultimate). Support is provided according to your license tier's response time commitments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingEngine and its creators shall not be liable for:

  • Any trading losses or financial damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages arising from software bugs or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradingEngine and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to trading losses, violation of exchange terms, or violation of applicable laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
